Cold Guide 4 Characterized

A portable Time of Flight instrument was recently used to characterize the flux at port CG-4C. There was a concern that the bender septa were too loose and so had poor position and angle tolerances, leading to an occlusion effect that would reduce the flux on Cold Guide 4. Preliminary results are promising.
